 This quest will get you:

1: Enter the room 'The Royal Boat'

2: Enter the teleporter pictured in the tent below [Bottom Left]

3: When you have entered the room, say 'Edward Teach' to get teleported into the office section [Pictured below].

4: Then line up next to the boss chair, with the two badges on, and say '100'
