Our beloved events have returned, this time under the alias Promoted Rooms.
To get your room 'Promoted' you have to pay a small albeit ridiculous fee. There's quite a large amount of promoted rooms currently, meaning that most rooms will not be seen.
People on Twitter seem to agree that paying 1c for 2 hours of promotion is just another way for Sulake to get money, and really don't agree with it, what about you?
Side note: You apparently aslo get a badge for making a promoted room
